After setup: your choice

Hand-off. We finish the build, walk you through it and hand over full control, admin access and documentation. The network is yours to run, and our work is done.

Monthly support plan. Prefer not to deal with it? For a monthly fee, we stay on as your network contact:

• Firmware updates for your network equipment, scheduled and tested by us
• A monthly check-up to review the network and catch problems early
• Help when you call, remotely or on site, during business hours
• A single contact for your network, internet and devices

This isn’t round-the-clock monitoring or an on-call desk. It’s a dependable person who keeps your network current and already knows your setup when you call.

Audits and upgrades

Already have a network that is slow, unreliable or hard to understand? We assess it, document what is there and fix what matters first. You get a written summary and clear next steps, with no obligation to hire us for the work.
